OHMS is an IRS §501(c)(3) charity, a faith- based “service of services” to people in need, particularly for those who need medical care, and especially when their need is for an organ transplant or when the patient is a child. OHMS also provides various kinds of ministry services to God’s people, through speaking/teaching/training/discipling help to churches, and by encouraging God’s people into a greater personal involvement with local and foreign missionary work.
